User Data Deletion

You can stop Storeema from accessing your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp data at any time:

• Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
• Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
• Find Storeema and click Remove.

Merchants can also disconnect any Page, Instagram or WhatsApp account from the Storeema dashboard. After removal we no longer receive new data from your account.

To delete the data Storeema has received about you, send a request by email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”, or call us at +880 1886-669679. Please include:

• your full name;
• the phone number or email address used with Storeema, and/or your Facebook name;
• the name of the Facebook Page, Instagram account or store involved (if any).

For your security we may ask you to confirm that you own the account before deleting data.

• Your Storeema account and profile information, if you are a merchant closing your account.
• Access tokens and connection details for your Facebook Pages, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts.
• Messages, comments and profile details received from Meta platforms through Storeema.
• Page and advertising insights stored for your connected accounts.

We confirm your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Some records — such as invoices, payment records and order records that a merchant must keep — may be retained for as long as required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Stores on Storeema are run by independent merchants. To delete order information you gave to a store, you can contact that store directly, or contact us and we will forward your request to the merchant and help complete it.
