Terms of Service

By creating a Storeema account, using the merchant dashboard, connecting a Meta account to Storeema, or using a store hosted on Storeema, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Storeema on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

Storeema is a software-as-a-service platform that lets merchants build online stores, manage products, orders, inventory, deliveries and accounting, and connect Facebook Pages, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp Business accounts to manage customer conversations and marketing. Features may differ by subscription package and may change over time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity by you and the staff you add to your account.
• Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Merchants are solely responsible for their stores, including:

• the products and services they sell, their descriptions, prices, stock, delivery and after-sales service;
• complying with applicable laws of Bangladesh, including consumer protection, tax and e-commerce regulations;
• their own terms, refund and privacy notices towards their customers, and lawful handling of their customers’ personal information;
• the content of messages, replies and advertisements they send through Storeema.

You must not use Storeema to:

• sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods or services;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who have not contacted your business in line with Meta’s messaging policies;
• upload malware, attempt to break or overload the service, or access other merchants’ data;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or post fraudulent, abusive or misleading content.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business account or ad account, you authorise Storeema to access and act on those accounts only to provide the features you enable. Your use of these features must also comply with the Meta Terms, Meta Commercial Terms, Messenger/Instagram/WhatsApp policies and advertising policies. Meta may change or limit its APIs at any time, which may affect these features. You can disconnect an account at any time.

Paid packages are billed in advance for the period shown at purchase. Fees for SMS, AI or advertising credits are charged as used. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable. If payment is overdue we may limit or suspend the account after notice.

You keep ownership of the content and data you add to Storeema. You give us a limited licence to host, store, process and display it only to operate the service for you. You can export or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion page.

The Storeema software, themes, templates, logos and documentation belong to Storeema. You may use them only as part of the service and may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.

We work to keep Storeema available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storeema is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for disputes between merchants and their customers or third-party services such as couriers, payment providers and Meta. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Storeema in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using Storeema and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, fails to pay, or creates legal or security risk. After termination we delete account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith with our support team, and otherwise fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Narayanganj, Bangladesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Storeema after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
